For the best personal training

our trainers

Perry Verrone Hi. My name is Perry Verrone, and I’m the proud owner of the Lexington Avenue Gym. When I first set out to open this gym, I had a vision of gathering the most dynamic trainers from the area, to offer clients a personal training experience that would be unlike anything else. With a particular interest in boxing, I built a full-size boxing ring and recruited some of Westchester’s top boxers. Fusing boxing with creative personal training — The Lexington Avenue Gym was born.

Our staff includes 15 certified personal trainers and class facilitators, each bringing special skill, dedication and dynamic personality to the facility. Call us today to schedule an appointment, or stop by the gym to watch us in action, ask questions, or just say hello. We’re a friendly bunch.
