focus: personal training
Lara is a NSCA certified personal trainer and certified strength and conditioning specialist. Her focus is on overall fitness and health, as well as toning, strengthening and energizing the body. She trains men, women, and all children in all levels of fitness. She has a strong background in strength training, total body conditioning, cardiovascular fitness, sports conditioning, golf conditioning, agility training and pre and post-natal training. Lara is also a marathon runner and teaches tennis to children. As the mother of three small and very active children, she can often be found running around on the local playing fields.
